What is Zeek?

Zeek is a creator platform where fans can chat with an AI twin of their favorite creator, and book a real 1:1 video call when they want the actual person. Creators build an AI twin by training it on their real content, voice, and personality.

How do credits work?

• 1 credit = $0.01 USD
• Credits are used to send messages to AI twins
• You receive 100 free credits when you sign up
• Credits never expire once purchased

How do I start chatting?

Open the Discover tab, tap any creator, and tap Chat. If your credit balance is sufficient, your first message sends immediately.

How do I book a 1:1 call?

On any creator's profile, tap Book a Call. Select a time slot and complete payment via Stripe. You'll receive a booking confirmation email with the call link.

You can buy a custom amount (minimum 100 credits) at 100 credits for $0.99, or choose a package with bonus credits:

Each AI reply costs credits (1–50 depending on the creator's persona). Purchased credits never expire.

My credits didn't appear after purchase

Wait 60 seconds and pull down to refresh your balance. If credits still haven't appeared after 5 minutes, email support@zeek.club with your Apple order number.

How do I request a refund for credits?

Credit purchases made via Apple Pay are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the Zeek charge.

How do I get a refund for a 1:1 call?

Call payments are processed by Stripe. Contact support@zeek.club at least 24 hours before your scheduled call to cancel and receive a full refund. No refunds after the call has taken place.

Are tips refundable?

Tips are non-refundable. They go directly to the creator.

How accurate is an AI twin?

Each AI twin is trained directly on the creator's content: their writing style, topics they care about, common phrases, and personality. Quality varies by how much training content the creator has provided.

Why does the AI twin sometimes get things wrong?

AI twins can make mistakes, misremember, or hallucinate details. They are AI representations, not the real person. For time-sensitive or important questions, book a real 1:1 call.

Can an AI twin send me harmful content?

Zeek has content moderation in place. If you receive a response that violates our guidelines, use the flag icon in chat to report it immediately.

How do calls work?

After booking, both you and the creator receive a confirmation email with the video call link. Calls take place at the scheduled time via the Zeek app.

What if the creator doesn't show up?

If a creator misses a confirmed call without rescheduling, contact support@zeek.club and we will issue a full refund.

Can I reschedule?

Contact support@zeek.club at least 24 hours before your call. Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to the creator's availability.

How do I set up my AI twin?

1. Complete identity verification (government ID + selfie)
2. Go to Train Your AI and upload your content: WhatsApp exports, iMessage exports, Instagram DMs, documents, or record directly
3. Set your price per message in the Wallet tab
4. Your AI twin goes live once approved

How does creator identity verification work?

To protect fans and ensure authentic personas, all creators must verify their identity with a government-issued ID and a selfie. Verification is one-time and processed securely. Zeek never stores your raw ID image after verification is complete.

How do I export my WhatsApp chats to train my AI twin?

On iPhone:

1. Open WhatsApp → any chat → tap the contact name
2. Scroll to Export Chat → Without Media
3. Share the .txt file and upload it in Zeek under Train Your AI

On Android:

1. Open the chat → tap the three dots → More → Export Chat
2. Upload the .txt file in Zeek

How do I export iMessage chats?

Use the iMazing app (Mac/Windows) to export iMessages as a .txt file, then upload in Zeek under Train Your AI.

How do I keep track of my relationships with fans?

Open Review Chats and switch to the Fans tab. Zi maintains a living relationship summary for each fan: who they are, what they've shared, their interests and topics, and how active they are. Sort by Most Active or Recent to see who to engage next, and tap any fan to view their full profile.

How do I get paid?

Creators earn 80% of all credit revenue from AI twin messages. Payouts are available via Stripe. Set up your payout method in the Wallet tab. Standard payouts arrive in 1–3 business days. Instant payouts are also available.

What is the minimum payout?

Payouts are available once your balance reaches the minimum threshold shown in your Wallet tab.

How do I report a message or creator?

• In chat: tap the flag icon on any message
• On a creator profile: tap the three-dot menu → Report
• By email: support@zeek.club

How do I block a creator?

On the creator's profile, tap the three-dot menu → Block. You will no longer see their persona or receive messages.

Content Policy

Zeek prohibits: impersonation without authorization, sexual content involving minors, harassment, threats, and spam. Violations result in immediate account suspension. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.

How do I delete my account?

Open the Profile tab, go to the Account section, and tap Delete Account. Your account and data are permanently removed per our data retention policy.

I forgot my password / can't log in

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your email. You'll receive a verification code to reset access.

The app is crashing or not loading

1. Force-close and reopen Zeek
2. Check your internet connection
3. Update to the latest version from the App Store
4. If the issue persists, email support@zeek.club with your device model and iOS version
