Terms of Service

By creating a Zeek account or using the Zeek app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Zeek.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Zeek, Inc. ("Zeek," "we," "us").

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zeek. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when registering
• Keeping your password secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@zeek.club immediately.

How credits work

• 1 credit = $0.01 USD
• Credits are used to send messages to creator AI twins
• New accounts receive 100 free credits on signup
• Active accounts receive 75 free credits monthly (valid for 30 days)
• Purchased credits do not expire

Purchasing credits

Credits can be purchased via:

• Apple In-App Purchase: processed by Apple. Apple's standard terms and refund policies apply. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Online checkout: processed by Stripe via Safari.

No cash value

Credits have no cash value. They cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or redeemed for cash.

Refunds

Credits purchased via Apple are governed by Apple's refund policy. Credits purchased via Stripe checkout: contact support@zeek.club within 48 hours of purchase for refund consideration. Refunds are not available for credits that have been used.

Booking

1:1 video calls with creators are scheduled and paid for via Stripe. Calls are a real-world service and are not deducted from your credit balance.

Cancellation & refunds

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled call: full refund
• Cancellations made within 24 hours: no refund
• If a creator misses a confirmed call without rescheduling: full refund issued automatically

Creator no-shows

Report missed calls to support@zeek.club. Zeek will verify and process your refund within 3 business days.

Tips sent to creators are non-refundable. By sending a tip, you confirm the transaction is intentional and voluntary.

Eligibility

To become a creator on Zeek, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Complete identity verification (government-issued ID + selfie)
• Have rights to the content you upload for AI training

Revenue share

• Creators earn 80% of all credit revenue generated from their AI twin
• Zeek retains 20% as a platform fee

Payouts

• Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect
• Minimum payout amount: $10.00
• Standard payouts: 1–3 business days
• Instant payouts: subject to Stripe availability and fees

Your AI twin

• You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of your AI twin
• You grant Zeek a license to display and operate your AI twin on the platform
• You can pause or delete your AI twin at any time from your settings

Content you upload

By uploading content (chat exports, documents, audio, images) to train your AI twin, you confirm:

• You have the right to share that content
• The content does not contain private information of third parties without their consent
• The content does not violate any law or third-party rights

What they are

AI twins are AI-generated personas trained on content provided by real creators. They are not the actual person and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect.

What they are not

Conversations with an AI twin do not constitute advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). Do not rely on AI twin responses for important decisions.

Availability

AI twin conversations are subject to your credit balance. Zeek reserves the right to adjust per-message pricing, which is set by the creator.

• Referring users earn 5% of the referred user's credit purchases (paid from Zeek's platform share)
• Referral commissions are earned for 12 months from the date of the referral
• Referral rewards have no cash value and are credited to your account balance
• Zeek may modify or end the referral program at any time with 30 days' notice

You may not:

• Create a persona impersonating a real person without their authorization
• Upload sexual content involving anyone under 18
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or creators
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy AI twin content
• Use Zeek to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Circumvent identity verification or create fake accounts
• Use another person's content to train an AI twin without their consent

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Zeek reviews reported content and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Content Policy. We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to do so. To report a violation, use the flag icon in-app or email support@zeek.club.

Zeek's IP

The Zeek app, name, design, and technology are owned by Zeek, Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Zeek a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content solely to operate the platform (display your AI twin, process training data, send emails on your behalf).

Creator personas

Creators own their persona training data. Zeek does not sell or share your uploaded content with third parties.

Zeek integrates with:

• Apple App Store: IAP processing (Apple's Terms apply)
• Stripe: payment processing and creator payouts (Stripe's Terms apply)
• Azure OpenAI: AI generation (Microsoft's Terms apply)

Zeek is not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

ZEEK IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEEK MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING UPTIME, ACCURACY OF AI TWINS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEEK'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ZEEK IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

ZEEK IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

By you

You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@zeek.club. Unused purchased credits are non-refundable upon voluntary deletion.

By Zeek

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We will provide notice where required by law.

Effect of termination

On termination, your right to use Zeek ends. Your AI twin (if you're a creator) will be taken offline. Pending payouts will be processed per the standard schedule.

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of Zeek after that date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP violations.
